Amsler & Frey AG sets great store on customer satisfaction. We generally strive for on-time and fault-free deliveries. If that is ever not the case, our deadline or quality guarantee takes effect. We thus not only talk about service quality, but also vouch for it.

Scope |

Our deadline guarantee applies in case of delayed delivery of prefabricated parts, modules and semi-finished products. You can claim the deadline guarantee if you report a deviation from the confirmed delivery date within 14 days. We will credit you a fixed-cost allowance for administrative costs. It sounds uncomplicated – because it is. |
If you uncover defects within 30 days after delivery of the merchandise, let us know and we will credit you a fixed-cost allowance based on the value of the goods. It sounds uncomplicated – because it is. |
Calculation |

For order values of at least CHF 120.-, you will get back CHF 100.- for each delayed order. |
For goods valued up to CHF 500.-, you will get CHF 50.- back. For goods valued between CHF 501.- and 1000.-, you will get CHF 100.- back. For goods valued from CHF 1001.-, you will get CHF 150.- back. |
Exclusions |

Announcement of a delay, shipper errors and acts of God are excluded from the guarantee. |
Defects which occur during transportation, not due to defective packaging, are excluded from the guarantee |
