We are happy to advise and support you in selecting the material that is technically and economically suitable for your application. Our many years of experience are based on numerous solutions for industrial, medical and food applications and experience with all plastics from the areas of thermoplastics, fluoroplastics and thermosets.

Our experienced team will provide you with comprehensive advice on plastic materials, manufacturing tolerances, design and production techniques. We will help you to find the best solutions for your requirements.

Advice is provided across all industries, with the exception of body-contacting parts (from MedTech) and the aviation industry.

CAD drawing/design

Our material and process specialists have the necessary training and many years of experience in plastic-compatible design. We are happy to support you.

Our technicians create detailed CAD drawings based on your specifications and samples, which serve as the basis for optimised production.

Scanning and measuring

You don't have any data but need an exact reproduction of your part? We scan and measure your components using state-of-the-art measuring technology. This also enables us to identify potential for improvement.

Redesign & choice of manufacturing method

No other type of material allows for such a broad portfolio of possible manufacturing processes as plastics. There are also options for combining the processes to produce parts cost-effectively. It is therefore not always easy for designers and developers to define the most cost-effective manufacturing process. The mechanical requirements, the area of application or the series production quantity are just some of the factors to be considered when choosing the best possible production process.

If required, we can completely redraw your component, for example to utilise an alternative manufacturing technology (e.g. 3D printing).

Material tests & measurement protocols

We organise further material tests and certifications. Measurements are recorded according to your requirements and transferred to your drawing if necessary.

On-site training

We offer free training courses in 3D printing / additive manufacturing / rapid prototyping several times a year (in German and English).

We are also happy to give our customers a personal tour of our production facilities at our company site in Schinznach-Dorf (AG).
